Faintheart
FAINTHEART is the world’s first user-generated movie with users of the world’s largest online community, MySpace, playing an integral part in every stage of the filmmaking process from directing the film, to joining the cast, submitting music for the soundtrack, or being part of the production crew.
Does this mark the dawn of a new era of user-generated content in mainstream media?
Romantic comedy, FAINTHEART is set in the world of battle re-enactments and stars Eddie Marsan (Miami Vice, The Illusionist), Ewen Bremner (Hallam Foe, Trainspotting), and Jessica Hynes – formerly Stevenson – (Spaced, The Royle Family, Shaun of the Dead) and Paul Nicholls (Eastenders, Bridget Jones)
Speakers include:
- James Fabricant, Director of Business Development and Media, Europe, MySpace.com
- Wahida Begum, Marketing Manager, Vertigo Films
- Dan Lawson, Senior Manager, Production & Development, Screen West Midlands
