Virtual Worlds are an increasingly important tool and environment for collaborative events and working.  BCU’s Schoolof Digital Media Technologyand Daden Limited have successfully collaborated with Digital Birmingham in a virtual learning project.  They are now planning to extend the technology into a number of other areas including “Intelligent Construction” for environmental sustainability and energy conservation.  These will be presented and discussed as part of the Hello Digital event.  Daden will present their current research and developments in virtual world technology.  The event will also mark the formal opening of Virtual Millennium Point to public access.
